Planting seeds
In this initial stage (10-12), we focus on laying the groundwork for self-discovery and confidence-building. Girls engage in fun and interactive activities such as art projects and positive affirmation exercises that help them understand their unique identities and strengths. The goal is to nurture their self-esteem and start building essential life skills in a supportive environment through basic academic support and friendship-building activities.
Growing Stronger
During this stage (13_15), the focus is on expanding horizons and solidifying personal and academic foundations. Girls participate in structured activities like leadership workshops and group discussions that enhance their leadership capabilities, academic performance, and life skills. We aim to foster independence and resilience by teaching budgeting, understanding savings accounts, and recognizing healthy relationships.
Blooming Brightly
In the final stage (16-18), we prepare girls for adulthood and future success. They engage in advanced activities such as personal branding workshops and public speaking practice that equip them for higher education, careers, and independent living. Our goal is to provide them with the skills and confidence to pursue their goals and make a positive impact in their communities through internships, career fairs, and financial literacy training.
